It's the East Midlands Vegan Festival this weekend, and team kiss-my-asparagus are excited about getting the chance to do our cookery demo!

Alex is particularly excited about dressing up as a Victorian Gentleman and making fried 'egg' (i.e. tofu) in a bun, complete with veggie bacon.

Eva, on the other hand, is preparing to vent the remnants of her teenage angst by smashing some Gingernuts, smash smash smash. (She's making refrigerator cake.)

The fantastic Elsa from Pop My Cherry cakes will also be showing everyone how to make vegan truffles, and giving some advice on vegan baking.

This'll all be followed by a vegan baking clinic and Q&A. Yay!
